When several injuries kept me first from running, and then from walking, I knew I had to start moving differently. Classical Pilates has allowed me to rebuild a stronger, more centered and flexible body – and mind. Or, as Joseph Pilates would say, return (it) to life.

I love how humbling a session can be, regardless of the level, the way it shows your imbalances. The work never gets easier, and I am inspired by finding new, functional ways to use the body more efficiently. During class, and after.
