Our @pilatesstylemagazine is about to touch down in London!

You’ve all seen the cover shot, but which number would you have chosen from these selects? 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Be honest, did we nail it or did we miss the best shot?

Still finding the balance ⚖️

After a few months fully immersing myself back in the business since returning to the UK, and delivering our Full Comprehensive Teacher Training programme to our fabulous new cohort this weekend, I’ve realised I’m still far from mastering the balance between motherhood and business.

But one thing I do know, I’m loving being back, especially teaching and being with the team.

Teaching, mentoring and passing on the method has always been at the heart of Exhale, and it feels like such an exciting time, especially for Exhale Education.

I’m still learning how to juggle it all, that’s for sure.

Passion gets me through the long days and little sleep, but I’m also learning to get back to basics with my own health so I can show up properly for the business and, most importantly, for my not so little baby Gigi. 🥹

There are some big and exciting things being planned for 2027, and I’ve had some brilliant meetings over the past couple of weeks that will allow me to spend much more time doing what I love - teaching, mentoring and working closely with both our education and client communities.

And I genuinely can’t wait. ❤️

For anyone else trying to find their own balance between work, family, health and everything in between, I’m realising there probably isn’t a perfect formula.

Some weeks work needs more of you, some weeks family does, and sometimes you need to put yourself back on the list too. 🙏🏼

Here’s to all of us still figuring that one out! ☺️

Love

Full Comp Beginner weekend🤸‍♀️🔥

We are still on a high after this weekend! We welcomed our newest intake of apprentices for their very first weekend of the Full Comp training.

The 600 hour training is no joke. It takes serious discipline and serious commitment. That’s exactly why the pre-requisite assessments matter so much. They get you started on the right level. They build your confidence. They help you know the order and move with real autonomy from day one.

And wow what a group. Every single apprentice showed up with an open mind. They brought passion energy and excitement for the year ahead.

Ready to start your own journey? We’ve just launched our 2027 Full Comp dates:

Beginner April 9-11th
Intermediate June 4-6th
Advanced July 22nd-25th
