And there’s always something so special when we bring our apprentices together. 🫶🏼

Alongside our Full Comprehensive training weekends and weekly online classes, our dedicated monthly workshops give students the space to go deeper into the work, to develop their eye, build confidence, and grow their understanding through real, embodied practice.

Because Pilates isn’t just something we learn or just the exercises.
