The Journey to Boomerang…

and the importance of what came before!

The Classical mat work was a carefully created and thought out sequence that intelligently progresses your body, mind and for sure spirit. ☺️

Anyone that has done an Advanced classical mat workout knows what we mean by spirit 😅🥵

The Boomerang encompasses everything that came before it, so we’ve chosen a few exercises that you need to feel and understand before you can properly execute the harder stuff with efficiency and intension.

1 - The Roll up
What’s required ➡️ Back, glute & hamstring connection with a strong core and spinal articulation

2 - The Roll over
What’s required ➡️ Strong upper powerhouse, triceps, glutes, spinal articulation and deep core muscles

3 - Swimming
What’s required ➡️ Shoulder and Hip mobility including a strong back line (back & glutes)

4 - Teaser
What’s required ➡️ Strong glutes, hamstrings, back, core, midline and spinal articulation

5 - THE BOOMERANG
What’s required ➡️ ALL the above!!!
