In this final part of our Tendon Stretch series, we’ve taken the movement to the Chair, one of my favourite pieces of apparatus for truly waking up the body. 💪🏼

Here, we’re playing with different parts of the foot to target and strengthen specific areas of the leg and centre as well as balance.

The feedback you get from the Chair is instant, it shows you exactly where you’re connected and where you need more control.

This work fires up all the right muscles that support the powerhouse, helping you find even more strength, stability and precision when you take the exercise back to the Reformer.

It’s another amazing example of how every piece in the Classical Pilates system connects and supports the other, guiding the body to move with more intelligence, awareness and flow. ✨
