I’m beyond excited to share that I’ll be a Presenter at @balanced_body Pilates on Tour® London, April 10–12, 2026! ✨

I’ll be teaching two workshops I absolutely love:
 💫 Flowing Through the Classics on the Reformer, where we’ll explore how to create seamless, intelligent flow while staying true to the heart of the classical work.
 🔥 Fun & Functional on the Wunda Chair, a practical workshop packed with creative progressions you can use immediately with your clients and in your own practice.

I’ll also be teaching Classical mat classes over the weekend and Exhale will also be supporting and delivering Joes Gym in the @contrology.bb suite 🙌🏼

No Tower? No problem. 
Yesterday I improvised and borrowed the cable machine to support my spinal articulation. I used the resistance to help control my roll back, create space between each vertebra, and gently release tension along the spine. 🌀 It also helped me find that lift we want in the teaser.

Does it replace the magic of the springs (especially classical springs)? Absolutely not. But it does offer support, feedback and the chance to access deeper articulation than going it alone.

A snippet into my roll back, half roll back and a one-leg teaser prep, the gym addition 💪🏼😊

Missing my beautiful London studios and all the amazing apparatus we have but as they say…where there’s a will there’s a way! 🙌🏼

Stay in Your Lane!

Back to basics on the reformer feeling and listening to a body with different needs since returning from pregnancy.

I’m grateful I have the confidence now, especially since becoming a mum, to know there’s nothing to prove.

That my physical and mental journey isn’t something to rush or compare.

We all have: Different nervous systems. Different histories. Different needs. Different drivers behind the wheel.

So when I remind myself daily to stay in your lane, I don’t mean stay small. I mean stay honest. 🙏🏼
 Stay with what your body is actually asking for not what you see someone else’s body doing today.

Stay in your lane. Stay true to yourself
