Bump and I moving and grooving this morning 🫶🏻

3 things I’ve learnt personally whilst working out pregnant

1️⃣Listen to your body and don’t try and be a hero - you’re a hero creating a baby

2️⃣ Keep the range smaller so bump doesn’t take so much load 🙏🏼

3️⃣ Take regular breaks as boobs and bump can really stifle your lungs 🤪
