This workshop is specifically for hypermobile clients. You will learn how to set yourself up for success when taking a Reformer or Tower class. Willemina will help you to listen to your own body and give you the tools to build strength and move safely. You will leave with a specific mini session to take home with you, safe to do every day, which will target the weaknesses of many hypermobile bodies.
If you’ve ever wanted to spice up your Mat Pilates practice by adding props but you’re not quite sure where to start, then this workshop is for you! Hannah will take you through a 60 minute Intermediate Classical Mat class using Magic Circles and small weights. This will be followed by a 30 minute workshop covering additional ways to use the smaller equipment.
This workshop is for clients who would like to explore the Intermediate mat exercises using the Spine Corrector. We will begin the workshop with a 45 minute workout using the barrel to help with feedback in flexion and extensions, followed by a 30 minute workshop reviewing the more challenging exercises in the mat repertoire to see if the Spine Corrector helps to improve them.
