BTS of last weekends Classical Mat Course 🙌

Our newest group of Mat apprentices started their exciting journey to become qualified Classical mat teachers this weekend.

They were guided through the original mat work, gaining a deeper understanding of the intention and importance of the sequence.

They experienced the work in their own bodies, the importance of hands on and teaching tools to give them confidence as they continue their journey to becoming a qualified teacher.

It was amazing to have people fly in from all parts of the Globe including Finland, Israel and Ibiza to take the course with us!

Can’t believe it’s been a year today since we opened our central London studio at 90 Wimpole street.

We’ve welcomed wonderful new clients, expanded our teaching team and built amazing partnerships and collaborations that continue to flourish and grow. 🫶🏻

‘People see the trophies but not the training ground’ and it’s a great reminder of all the hard work and an incredible team that make it happen.

Lots can happen within a year ✨

We get asked all the time

Should I be doing Reformer or Tower classes?

As lovers of the Pilates system, we say both!

Why? Because both shake up your Pilates practice enhancing your understanding of exercises across both apparatuses and above all they provide different results.

The Reformer helps you work closer to your centre and the Tower allows you to move with more range and ease.

We suggest if you are new to Pilates try Tower classes first as it’s more approachable as you learn each movement without having to manage a moving carriage.

Combining both into your routine is where you will feel true transformation throughout your body and experience the benefits the power of using the Pilates system brings! ✨
