Join us for an outdoor Classical Mat Class Exhale style 🔥 as we say goodbye to summer in Primrose Hill Park.

This Classical Mat class will strengthen, lengthen and leave you feeling energised from head to toe.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Primrose Hill, expect purposeful movement, fresh air and the chance to connect with the Exhale community.

And we’re bringing a few of our favourite wellness brands along with us…

Move on @yogi.bare Pilates mats, before staying to enjoy post-Pilates refreshments from @joeandthejuice and a few extra treats from our wellness partners.
