This month, we’re pulling back the curtain on the method. Throughout September we’re going deeper into the system and the apparatus behind everything you feel in class and privates, so you can understand the why as well as the how.

We’re also so excited to share our new and revamped timetable including new times and new types of classes which we will be offering across our 3 studios.

Exhale Pilates at @padelsocialclub City Wellness Retreat 🤍

We’re looking forward delivering a Classical Mat Pilates class at @padelsocialclub’s City Wellness Retreat this September.

Taking place on Saturday 19th September, the day brings together movement, mindfulness and recovery, with Exhale leading one of the morning movement sessions.

We will be joining the agenda to provide a Classical mat sequence (the Exhale way!) - building power, control and grace from head to toe.

This Friday we’re excited to introduce our Exhale Education Series.

Over the next four weeks, we’ll be sitting down with the teachers behind our education teacher training programmes to explore their journeys, the lessons they’ve learnt, and how Exhale Education has shaped them as Pilates teachers.

We’re kicking off the series with Emily, who shares her experience of Exhale Education - from starting as an apprentice to now supporting apprentices across our studios.

Whether you’re an aspiring teacher, a Pilates enthusiast, or simply curious to learn more about the Classical Pilates method, we hope this series offers a deeper insight into the education, expertise and philosophy that underpin everything we do at Exhale.
