We are so proud of our Classical Mat Course and the apprentices that graduate from it 😊

From the informative and hands on 2 day weekend, to the dedicated Eduation Team who are on hand to support, motivate and encourge our apprentices throughout the course, right up to their exams and beyond.

Take 5 minutes out of your day to get on the Mat and practice Joe’s original Mat sequence this week and remember repetition builds strength, increased flexibility and above all a deeper connection to our bodies.
