When you’re choosing where to do your teacher training programme, it’s really important to do your research to see if it’s a good fit for you.

You want to make sure that as well as having the correct education and credentials that the environment and community are aligned with your own values.

Check that it’s positive, encouraging, professional and takes the work seriously but delivers it in a supportive way.

Ragga came to complete her Advanced 200 hours with Exhale. She didn’t have the best experience with the first programme that she joined. After Sonje recommended that Gaby and Exhale might be a good fit, she reached out to her.

Our two take aways from Ragga.

1 Do your research before committing to a programme and don’t be afraid to ask questions

2 Don’t give up if things don’t go as you’d hope. If there’s a will, there’s a way so you can always find another route to your goal!
