My first podcast since having Gigi. 🤍

A very real conversation about motherhood, work, business, IVF and the juggle.

I share what I’ve learnt, what I’m still learning and why I feel so strongly about sharing my story.

Because if my story can educate, encourage or inspire the next generation of women, then it’s worth being vulnerable.

This is just the beginning 🫶🏼

‘She Did So I Can’ podcast episode… coming soon!

Introducing one of the incredible pieces of apparatus in the Classical System: the Barrel.

From opening and lengthening the body to building strength, control and mobility, the Barrel offers endless possibilities.

Here, our programme manager, Hannah, explains its design, purpose and how working with it can support your movement - both in the studio and beyond.

Want to experience it for yourself? Join our new Tower & Barrel class, now on the (newly expanded!) Exhale timetable.

Book via the link in our bio.

And tune in next week to learn more! 🫶🏼

This is probably the most honest you’ve ever heard our founder, Gaby.

In this conversation with Jacqui, of @shedidsoican nothing is really off limits.

Building a business. The highs and the lows. IVF. Motherhood. The juggle of trying to be present at home while still leading a company.

There’s a lot people see from the outside.

This is the part they don’t.

An incredibly open conversation about what it has actually taken to build Exhale, navigate life behind it, and keep going through some of the hardest chapters.

The full episode goes live this week

Here’s another little piece of it. 🤍

Client and apprentice Jill showing most 20 and 30 year olds how it’s done.

It was so wonderful to work with Jill this morning (who is 63 btw) not just because she is such a lovely lady but because she demonstrates how being committed to this method consistently and working with so many of our incredible teachers shows up in how she moves and the confidence she has built over the past year.

Very proud that not only is she 63 doing our full comprehensive but how she is built through the system such foundational strength that is keeping her strong for life and providing her with such vitality. ✨

Friday inspo right here 🙌🏼

📣We’re hiring: General Manager / Head of Operations

We’re looking for someone brilliant to help run and grow our three Exhale Pilates London studios.

Organised? Obviously.
Commercially minded? Definitely.
Great with people? Essential.

Able to juggle three studios, a busy team, lots of moving parts and the occasional curveball without losing your sense of humour?

We’re looking for someone who is intuitive, proactive and naturally takes ownership - the kind of person who notices what needs doing before anyone has to ask.

You’ll work closely with our Founder Gaby and SMT across our Marylebone, Primrose Hill and North Finchley studios, overseeing operations, people, performance and client experience while helping us continue to grow Exhale.

Experience in operations, wellness, fitness, hospitality, luxury service or multi-site management would be a big plus.

The role, title and salary will depend on experience. Finding the right person matters more to us than fitting someone into a job title.

If you love building businesses, leading people, fixing problems and making things happen - we’d love to meet you.

Send your CV + a little about yourself to studiolead@exhalepilateslondon.com

Pilates experience not required. An ability to embrace springs, spreadsheets and studio life is 😊

EVENT POSTPONED - NEW DATE RELEASED SOON! Introducing The Motherhood Sessions by @exhalepilateslondon - a new series of intimate events created to support mothers through movement, conversation and connection 🤍

Beginning on Tuesday 29th September at Exhale Pilates Primrose Hill, our first session is presented in collaboration with @alongwaytogoclub.

The afternoon will begin with a 45-minute Classical Pilates class led by Exhale Founder and new mother herself, Gaby Noble.

Thoughtfully designed with the postnatal body in mind, the class will use Exhale’s specialised Classical Pilates apparatus to offer considered, expert-led movement, helping mothers reconnect with their bodies and return to exercise with greater confidence.

The class will be followed by an honest, open and empowering conversation between Gaby and @alongwaytogoclub Founder, @omalley_katie, exploring the realities of motherhood and the importance of trusted support, meaningful connection and making time for yourself.

Throughout the series, we’ll also be partnering with a selection of brands, beginning with @wearemiruki , who will be gifting every guest one of their beautiful handcrafted goodies.

Tickets are very limited and available via the link in the @exhalepilateslondon bio.

📆 Tuesday 29 September
🕰️ 2–4pm
📍 Exhale Pilates Primrose Hill

To take part in the Pilates class, all guests must have received clearance to exercise from their postnatal healthcare provider. A pre-class health questionnaire will also be sent to attendees before the event.
