The muscles along the back of your body keep you upright, supported, and energised. When they’re weak, the front of your body tightens to compensate.

Pilates doesn’t just stretch, you’ll strengthen your upper back, glutes, and whole backline so you can:

Stand taller. Breathe deeper. Move stronger.

Good posture = more energy.

No Tower? No problem. 
Yesterday I improvised and borrowed the cable machine to support my spinal articulation. I used the resistance to help control my roll back, create space between each vertebra, and gently release tension along the spine. 🌀 It also helped me find that lift we want in the teaser.

Does it replace the magic of the springs (especially classical springs)? Absolutely not. But it does offer support, feedback and the chance to access deeper articulation than going it alone.

Missing my beautiful London studios and all the amazing apparatus we have but as they say…where there’s a will there’s a way! 🙌🏼

It felt so good to be back with the Exhale team 🫶🏼

Last Saturday, the wonderful @brookesilerpilates led a workshop for our teachers, filled with energy, connection, and growth.
 There’s something so special about watching our team learn, move, and grow together. ❤️

I’m so grateful to have a legend like Brooke as part of our Exhale family. Her knowledge, passion, and generosity always lift the room, and she reminded the team what we’re truly capable of when we stay connected to the work.

It was also my first time seeing everyone since coming back from Dubai, and it honestly filled my heart, reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting some of our amazing new teachers who’ve recently joined the Exhale family. I really do miss this part so much when I’m away.

Supporting our teachers through continued education and growth has always been at the heart of Exhale, and it’s something I’ll be evolving even more in 2026.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our community grow stronger together 🤍
