We’re wrapping up our Exhale Education Series with a closer look at the teacher training experience our apprentices have at Exhale.

Here we’re speaking with Emeline, who is also part of our Education & Teaching team.

She shares what it’s really like to be an apprentice at Exhale - from the studio environment and community to the guidance and support provided throughout the training.

This Classical Mat class will strengthen, lengthen and leave you feeling energised from head to toe.
