Just 3 weeks left before our next Full Comp intake 🙌

It truly is Back to School season, as in less than a month we welcome our new intake of apprentices as they begin their journey to become Fully Comprehensive Classical Pilates teachers. ✨

This isn’t just any training course…

They will learn the full Pilates system, the intention behind the exercises and how they all work together to heal, strengthen and align bodies.

From hours of self practice and observing to hours practicing the work in their own bodies, they will deepen their knowledge of this incredible, life changing method.

August is the Sunday of Summer. It’s the month when most of the world slows down (at least a little) and with this our routine goes out the window.

It’s so easy to have an all or nothing approach to your fitness routine but if you approach August with the mindset of “small wins, done daily” it will keep you feeling energised and progressing even in the more relaxed months.

Small wins worth celebrating 🎉

Getting outside in the sun for 10 minutes 😎

Walking to the shop instead of driving 🚶‍♀️

Rolling out your mat for a 15 minute Pilates session 🙌

Stretching for 5 minutes in the morning instead of scrolling in bed 🧘‍♀️
