Last week, our clients finished the January 21 Day Challenge, 12 classes in 21 days and one thing came up again and again: Showing up consistently works.

Stronger bodies. Deeper connection. More confidence in how they move and feel.

By committing to 4 classes per week, they didn’t just do Pilates they felt the difference Pilates makes when it’s practiced regularly, because consistency is the secret sauce. 🤍

Not perfection. Not intensity. Just showing up, again and again.

Choose a number of classes you can realistically commit to, make a promise to yourself, and honour it weekly. That’s how results are built and how they last a lifetime.

Moving with discipline, presence and so much grace. ✨
 Lorene’s background as a dancer really showed in her first reformer session with me.

We’d only ever worked with mat before, so introducing the reformer and wunda chair was amazing to watch how both her body and mind responded.

The control, focus and natural flow in her movement came from years of discipline. And that is exactly what Contrology, Pilates in its truest form, is: a discipline for the body and the mind.

Disciplined movement builds strength with integrity, restores alignment, and teaches the nervous system to slow, focus and organise itself which really has a huge impact on your overall wellbeing.

Using the reformer as feedback (which is what it was intended for) she felt exercises more deeply, corrected imbalances and truly refined her alignment.

There was a reason I woke up to a voice note yesterday morning 😄 saying how incredibly energised, balanced and strong her body felt. 🙌🏼
